Locked in Steels Locking Mechanisms are the most secure, most reliable, and best looking in the world.  We use Master or Assa Abloy padlocks that is made for use in wet and extreme conditions.  Our locks carry the BEST companies names (Master locks are standard but most people wish Mistress locks were available) and are superior to other locks on the market.  Constructed with a double locking shackle made with stainless steel internal parts and a brass body make this lock so that it is not effected by moisture.  The other main difference about our locks is that the locking post is machined into the center of the LOCKS SHACKLE PROTECTOR and NOT the lock body.  We are the only company that uses a single piece stainless steel shackle protector that COMPLETELY COVERS the locks shackle.  This completely protects it from any form of tampering.  Other companies drill into the locks to place pins in the top.  We do not as it compromises the integrity of the lock.  In addition thees pins can easily come loose and get stuck while the belt is locked on.  Our locks are higher security and better constructed than any other on the market.

Many people ask if we offer cylinder locks for our belts.  At the moment we do not as we have not found one that is reliable.  Most of these locks have brass threads out of the back.  Over time these will strip and could become stuck in the locked position.  We do not feel that it is safe to place these on any steel bondage item.

The stardard Keyed Differently Locking Mechanism is standard with all Locked in Steel belt.  Keyed alike locks are available upon request.  All lined collars, cuffs, and accessories come standard with Keyed Differently.
